Location Information (culture, cost of living, etc.)

The house is situated in the city of Trujillo, called “the city of eternal spring” due its warm to hot, yet mild climate year-round, and parks almost every other block. In the city you can find a lot of salsa clubs and pre-hispanic and colonial museums. Around the city, in the rural parts, there are a lot of amenities such as: archeological places, sandboarding, places to go camping, hiking, surfing, etc.

The cost of living in Peru is cheap for common days around any city. Although tourist places such as: Machu Picchu, Lineas de Nazca, Hotels or any other famous place are expensive.

Peruvians are very kind in general and they enjoy the visit from foreign people. They enjoy cooking very much and offer various kinds of dishes and also they like to share anything they can offer to their guests without necessarily hoping for retribution.
